From Old Profiles to Plastic Granules
After removal, the plastic profiles undergo a multi-stage processing procedure. This results in a high-purity plastic regrind, which serves as the basis for the development of high-performance compounds.
From Ground Material to High-Performance Compound
As part of our RE-Frame project, we analyze the processed material and develop a custom formulation. The result is a compound that meets the high standards of demanding applications.
Quality That Speaks for Itself
A comparison of the impact strength of a PA66 GF25 compound demonstrates just how high-performance modern re-compounds can be:
- New: 50–60 kJ/m²
- Conventional recompounds: 40–45 kJ/m²
- RE-Frame PA66 GF25 from ENNEATECH: 60–70 kJ/m²
Modern re-compounds can match the performance level of virgin material and even surpass it in certain applications.
