3.1 General rights
You have the right to information about your personal data and the right to obtain from us the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent with effect for the future.
3.2 Rights related to data processing based on legitimate interests
In accordance with Article 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Article 6 (1) (e) (data processing for tasks carried out in the public interest) and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (data collection for the purposes of legitimate interests), including profiling based on those provisions. If you exercise your right to object, we will then no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling reasons for the processing worth protecting, which prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to enforce, exercise or defend legal claims.
3.3 Rights related to direct marketing
Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, under Article 21 (2) GDPR you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

4. Collection of personal data when visiting our website
If you use the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we will only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. When you visit our website, we collect the following data that are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR:

Enneatech AG cannot attribute this data to any specific person.This data will not be merged with other data sources; the data will also be erased after a statistical evaluation and used solely to enhance the appeal, content and functions and features of our websites.
5. Contact by email or using the contact form
When you contact us by email or using our contact form, we will store the information you provide us with (your email address and your name and the text of your message) to respond to your query. If we use our contact form to request information that is not required to establish contact, it will always be marked as optional. We use this data to clarify your query and to process your query more efficiently. This information is expressly provided on a voluntary basis and with your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Your online application will be forwarded directly to the HR department via an encrypted connection and will of course be treated confidentially.
