Recycled polyamide – the foundation for strong components

ENNEATECH uses recycled polyamide to manufacture its components. The material, based on recycled products, achieves high impact strength (> 120 KJ/m²) and notched impact strength (>15 KJ/m²), without using elastomers or foreign polymers. The ENTRON eco compounds achieve values that are comparable to those of compounds based on new materials.

Recycled polyamide – a sustainable choice

At ENNEATECH, we use recycled polyamide (PA6) to provide a sustainable solution. As an experienced manufacturer of recycled plastics, we have decades of experience in processing PA 6 and PA 6.6 and ensure consistent material quality and delivery reliability. Thanks to end-to-end process control that closely monitors every batch, we can achieve higher mechanical strength, which in turn leads to lower component wall thicknesses, reducing costs, materials and the CO2 footprint.

Advantages of recycled polyamides

ENNEATECH prides itself on its ability to produce high-quality recycled polyamides (PA6) to meet customer requirements. Our input material goes through an incoming goods quality inspection to ensure that it meets the necessary requirements. The different fractions are then mixed to produce a homogeneous starting material. Our lab technicians test each batch for impact and tensile strength, viscosity, MFI, moisture, material characterisation, thermal properties and more to ensure our recycled polyamide meets the highest quality standards.
