When extreme stiffness meets maximum energy absorption: The recycled polyamide ENTRON eco B PA6 GF50 NC combines 50% glass fiber reinforcement with a tough PA6 matrix. This combination makes the natural-colored compound the ideal material for large-area, crash-relevant structural components that must not fail due to brittle fracture in the event of mechanical overload.

It offers excellent cold impact strength and is ideally suited as a sustainable metal substitute in automotive manufacturing, agricultural machinery, and construction. Derived from high-purity post-industrial fibers (PIR), this high-end recycled material enables significant material and cost savings while simultaneously optimizing a company’s environmental footprint.

It comes very close to matching the properties of virgin material and even surpasses the impact strength of many virgin materials. However, its advantage over virgin material is acarbon footprint(PCF) that is up to 90% lower.
