Our green corporate philosophy
Sustainable use of resources is a very important part of our corporate culture. The ENNEATECH production facility is located in the heart of the regenerative green power stronghold of East Frisia – surrounded by countless wind and solar power plants. With our own ecological balance, we successfully show that the use of high-quality textile fiber residues is already resource-efficient at the raw material level. We have been working proactively with universities, foundations and research laboratories for years in order to remain fair to the environment and our children.

Our sustainable high-end textile industry
For the manufacture of our in-house product line ENTRON eco we primarily use synthetic fibers from the high-end textile industry. The quality of the polyamide fibers is checked and processed in a specification analysis. This enables us to offer a high-end product whose properties are comparable to a new material.
And not only that: We reduce climate-damaging CO2 emissions, improve our ecological balance and at the same time that of our customers. With ENTRON eco we not only offer a high-quality, sustainable raw material, but also open up completely new possibilities and perspectives for our customers by creating an environmental product declaration in accordance with DIN EN 15 804.
Our carbon footprint
We rely on intelligent and green solutions, and we have revolutionized the plastics industry sustainably i.a. with ENTRON eco. Step by step, we leave an ever-smaller carbon footprint as a result of our ongoing development. With one tonne of ENTRON eco you can go around the world almost once – or do without it and minimize CO2 emissions in the long term. It is our main goal that all companies in the plastics industry worldwide use sustainable pellets so that we can have the planet’s back in the long term.
Our successful energy management
As a pioneering company based in the North of Germany, we always act proactively. In 2013, we committed ourselves to introducing an alternative system for improving energy efficiency in accordance with Section 5 of the Efficiency Systems Ordinance (SpaEfV). We have not only laid the foundation for continuously increasing energy efficiency, but also assumed a role model function. ENNEATECH AG is certified in energy management and is environmentally aware, responsible and prudent. For us, sustainability is not a passing trend, it our fundamental attitude. We set ourselves new goals every year in order to continually improve our energy management. By using energy-efficient machinery, we managed to reduce energy consumption by more than 10% in 2020.
What we have achieved so far
We have already been able to improve our energy efficiency significantly.
