Svea has purchased raw materials and supplies, processed incoming and outgoing goods, organised transports, prepared customs documents, fulfilled customer requests, attended trade fairs, participated in customer and supplier meetings, gained experience abroad during her internship in Malta, become a TikTok star, organised a wide variety of events, provided marketing support and received further training as an Energy Scout. She learned a lot and completed her industrial clerk exam with good results. We of course can’t let such a great young woman like her go. Therefore, we are very happy to keep Svea in our ranks and have her be a permanent part of our team from now on!
We are also very pleased to welcome two new trainees, Tomma Siefkes and Niklas-Leon Lahr:
Introducing Niklas:
“Hello,
I am Niklas Lahr and am 20 years old. In my spare time, I enjoy archery and photographing all kinds of objects. I also like to meet up with my friends.
On 1 August 2023, I started my vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology at Enneatech AG. I previously had the opportunity to get to know the processes and employees here during a two-week internship. The sense of togetherness in the company, the working atmosphere and the educational opportunities play a major role here. I am happy to be able to do my training in this company.”
Introducing Tomma:
“Hello,
I am Tomma Siefkes and am 19 years old. I am a native of East Frisia and come from the “Flower City” of Wiesmoor. I recently joined the Enneatech team as an industrial clerk trainee. Enneatech made it easy for me to get to know the staff. After I signed my contract in December 2022 and thus became an official team member, I was directly invited to trainer-trainee events. Be it an escape room outing or bouldering, I was there. Next up is canoeing. I could also pick up a cappuccino at any time – and, of course, a piece of cake was not to be missed to congratulate me on passing my A‑levels. Either way, the Enneatech team immediately gave me a warm welcome.
In my private life, I like to spend time with my loved ones. I really enjoy good food and a quiet evening to close out my day. But I also don’t miss out on action-packed activities at the weekend. I like to power myself up with sports so that I have enough energy the next day.
Now I am still at the beginning of my training and have to gain a lot of experience for my professional life. But I hit the bull’s‑eye with my training as an industrial clerk. I am very much looking forward to the diverse nature of the job – both getting and having to know many areas of the company will be interesting.
